I went to the MTN store in Bedford centre Sunday.

I need to UPGRADE my tablet. I thought the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 2014 edition would be an upgrade, yet, to my dismay I learned that this Note do not have half the functions my Samsung tablet 10.1 has. Unable to do screenshots instantly, unable to share pictures with a click. Unable to click back tab when using screen rotate. I use my tablet a lot for my pleaseure and for work purposes, this unit does not fullfill my needs.

No one mentioned that I need to get a micro simcard, current simcard broken smaller. Unable to connect to server, can not download Pinterest or other applications. I phoned MTN technical support, the guy quite irritated. After trying all the options he said that the simcard that was broken smaller was the problem and that I need to do a simswop. There were no Demo tablets in the store to make sure that this option would be the best. You only learn the functions or lack there of once you have your tablet at home. I am VERY disappointed in this device and truely does not see this as an improvement at all. Rather a downgrade.
