On the 17th of December I requested for Cell C Advance of R50 which was advanced to me at 16.24pm.by 16.30pml it disappeared... I called customer care and was given a ref number cos they looked into my account and could not find a reason why it disappeared... I was told it was a technical error and will be contacted via my alternative number and email address which till date I wasn't contacted... each time I recharge, my airtime disappears... I have close to 17 ref numbers given to me by 17 different cell c call center agents and they keep telling me stories... they refer me to the technical team and they say it's not their duty to fix it and drop the call... very rude and nonchalant people who works in cell c... till date, they keep taking my money and Time I recharge. I keep getting error sms from cell c... Cell C is a corporate who swindle customers of their money and this is gonna be the down fall of cell c... if they tell you, that you will be contacted, they are liars... and... I have been a loyal customer to cell c for almost 3yrs and I get treated like an... no one should recommend Cell C to anyone, they are.
