I need to express my displeasure about the bad service i received when I went to the vodacom shop at vincent park in east london. I didn't get the guy's name, but it was a big black guy who spoke good english and he was very rude to me. When i tried asking questions he would be harsh and at one point even said i should just be given my phone back and leave. My frustration was that he has said my phone would fixed in 2 hours, i came back after 2 hours, he said it was in the process of being fixed. i came back 2 hours later only to be told the phone had's even been started with yet. I expressed my displeasure at his unnecessary fabrications and asked if there as any hope of the phone being fixed the same day. he was very rude in his response and on several occasions i had to tell him to calm down and listen to me as I had a right to ask questions that weren't clear. The lady had to step in. Please train your staff on customer care because of him, I have decided to cancel my contract and not even bother fixing the phone because I refuse to deal with such customer care and would rather pay penalties. I am done with vodacom.
