Shocking service

I took my cellular phone in on Saturday 05/10/2013 to be repaired. We were told that someone would phone us within working hours of Saturday to give us a quote and let us know if they can repair the phone. Saturday No Call. Sunday No Call. Monday no one can assist me. Tuesday still no one can assist us. Wednesday still no one knows what is happening. Thursday phoned them again had to phone back as they cant transfer calls. This should not be the customers problem. Still waiting for the repairs department to contact me after numerous calls and messages. Managed to get hold of a very rude lady who says my phone is unrepairable as its water damaged. This is very conflicting as immediatly after speaking to her, the technician came to the phone to tell me they have not even tried to repair this phone.
Saturday to today, no one person has bothered to even look at the job card which states clearly that we wanted the phone backed up and repaired if possible to to date no one has even had the decency to return any of my calls which gives me the feeling that no one has even bothered to look at my phone.
I have never experienced such bad service from such a repuatble company.
