Systems! What systems?

On Friday my fairly new Galaxy 4 froze and I could not use the touch screen. I drove to customer service in Canal Walk. In order to see a technical Consultant you get allocated a "number" and issued a ticket. While sitting in the hour long queue a fellow subscriber said she had had a similar issue with a battery that was overheating. So I waited... I was finally seen after an hour by Tasneem. She asked if my phone had been backed up. I said no..can't you do it for me? She suggested I go home and do it myself but after explaining that I did not have the time she reluctantly agreed to back it up. On Saturday I got an sms to say my repair had been effected and I could collect my phone. On Sunday morning I went to Canal Walk to collect my phone. Once again I joined the repairs queue and finally after about 40 minutes my phone was returned to me. I was then advised to go to the back of the technical queue to have my data restored. After a further half an hour I was finally attended to... only to discover that they had no idea where my back up was! I ranted to no avail and now have a repaired but ineffective cell phone with no contact data. Customer Service? I think NOT!
