On 9 October 2012 I upgraded my Blackberry to an Iphone. After I asked Keabetswe Makgale repeatedly if all Blackberry services has been disconnected, I was billed for 5 months for my BlackBerry internet services @ R129pm. I went to ask her about the mistake, and was told the I insisted on still having my BlackBerry internet service (Why would I need it for my Iphone??). I was told the I would receive a call from her about 2 days later for reimbursement. I was there in April 2013 and she said it is still processing!! No contact has been made and no reimbursement has been made. I am very disappointed in MTN's service.
