I went to get some detail on my Vodacom account, and do a sim swop for two data accounts. I thought it would be a long, painful process, but can say that Nishaat made the whole experience pleasant and totally painless.
Not only did she help me quickly and efficiently, she then wrote the relevant cellphone numbers onto the sim cards for me so I would know easily which card was for which data account. This was the clincher for me - it showed that she had thought about what would make my life as a customer easier -and I am so impressed.
