Why am I paying for a 6-10Mbps line if I according to [URL Removed] NEVER get more than 1.7Mbps download speed and upload speed 0.30Mbps?
This is false advertising!
Rather only have one package and stop giving us false information that makes customers believe that if they pay more, that they get faster internet... This is NOT the case with AXXESS.
I might as well pay R199 at MTN for uncapped 2Mbps because it seems that I will get more for my money than the R730 I'm currently wasting on Axxess.
The wors thing is that support doesnt provide solutions, they only reply with.."that is the way it is, we are working on upgrades". Then don't offer something you cannot provide!
