I've never met a company that is so unhelpful and lying to their customers.
Our ADSL account which we are paying R730 per month for has now been throttled for almost 5 days and every day we get promises of the technical department rectifying the problem!!!
Why would we want to pay R730 for a 4MB line if our download speed is throttled to a mere 6.6kbs average!
Then Axxess doesn't even have the decency to tell us the truth about the throttling or compensate us for the loss..!
I am extremely disappointed and looking for another service provider!
