Cant be called a service provider. their is NO se

I have 3 contacts and 1 pay as u go... cant. use that data. Takes 5 min to open a pages they say it is my device. I have ipad and Samsung s4... ans pay I bought R89 but only R20 on account. They are. Take money... best deals yes because u cant use them
