I`ve been with axxess for more than year now and for the past few months around the 13 and 14 of the month they slow my line down to 1/4 of the speed, and i need to call in 3 to 4 times a month to get it working again for only a week or so before i get slowed down again. sometimes it gets so bad i cant even open google in my browser and i keep losing connection to the internet. Last month my downsteam speed was 8kbps. Now thats a ISP for you.
