I tried to purchase date via the vodacom app on my i-phone. 5 times I tried, the system said to try again later.
then all the data was on my account!! In the end I had 10G!!! Only needed 2 G!!
Call-Centre not capable to reverse over purchAsed data. I phoned in a number of times. Got only one ref: S3-0432K-KVXWB on 18 Jan. No other ref nr was given for other calls!

PLEASE HELP AS I CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR ALL THIS DATA!!

I explained this every time I phoned in, but NO RESPONSE!!
