Still no data- 4 days after purchase!!

I upgraded to a the new Samsung S4, and my new contract only kicks in on 1 June, so in the interim i was advised to purchase a data bundle. On Monday I purchased a 250MG data bundle which did not reload onto my phone. I attempted to purchase another 250MB bundle, which still did not load. My husband then purchased a 500MB data bundle for me and i still have yet to receive the data on my phone 5 days later. After numerous calls to the call centre- i was told each time that it is being processed but no call centre agent could give me a definite date on when my data would be active. so now i have a new phone that I cannot even use.

At work I am also experiencing problems with our Vodacom 3Gs, several units within our department have already switched to MTN due to continuous problems with the Vodacom 3Gs. Despite my loyalty to Vodacom for all these years, i think its high time i siwtch service providers.
