Someone called selling to me a phone and he told me if i am not satisfied with the product i must return it within 14 days, when i received the goods i was not happy with it i called back for them to collect it but there was no answer i kept on calling for more than 4 days there was no answer the line just cut off, then i got hold of them on the 20th and a lady promised to call me back which she never did, i called again on the 30th and i spoke to Lebo who directed my complain to the relevant dept and she said they will call me back and until today no one has called, what kind of a service are they giving to people and yet they hide themselves as Vodacom. they are damaging the name of Vodacom by the organised they are doing calling people and yet they do not deliver the promised. i want this to be resolved ASAP.
