Where is my data bundle you airheads?

Bought a phone on contract end November. I claim, that I have not had my allocation of airtime and data bundles for December and January. This was confirmed by a Miriam Ref.for call 325808624. When the store phoned back a few days later, the sales lady was told that there is no Miriam at Vodacom and no such ref. My contract runs from the 31st to the 31st. It is the 1st Feb now. At mid day today, I got my 75m talk time. I have 0 sms, I have 0 data (again). The sms message I received when quering my balance says "You have 0.00MB available on your MyGig 1 promo bundle until 06/02/2014.??? Please explain. My phone has run on my own out of contract purchases since I bought it. The Knysna store discussed this with "regional manager" and the upshot was I gather that if I have a problem (which I annoyingly do), then I need to drive 60k's to George to discuss it. And 60'ks back. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve the problem and for a company in the communications business I think you big time. If I am told again that I will be contacted in 24 hours time, I think I might just slit my wrists. If there is anyone out there who is in fact interested, I await with baited breath.
