Data contract causing confusion and distress

Yet again you CellC seem to be causing me problems.
I check on a daily basis my usage and erosion of my 2Gb postpaid data contract
Toward the end of January the usage figures shown on your balance enquiry screen started giving me false(?) Information and I could not identify my usage balance or my residual with any certainty. This is most distressing. On 31 January I observed an amount of /- R41.xx which appeared to be destined for my account. This is not on.

Firstly I seem to have a Offpeak Data Subaccount which I did not solicit and I do not want. I don't understand it, I am not contracted with you to receive it and I do not want it. It seems to be confusing my data status and it seems to have initiated a R40. amount.
GET RID OF IT!! MAKE IT GO AWAY!! I DO NOT WANT IT!!!

If you insist on leaving this stupid offpeak data on the account then please, with immediate effect cancel my debit order and send me an itemised bill and I will decide how much I will pay you instead of you deciding how much you will remove from my till.
I have endeavoured to be polite and clear. Please don't distress me furthe
