Cell C overcharged my bill, waiting for refund?

I took out a contract in Dec with Cell C. My rate is 399 per month and I am supposed to receive 200 min anytime and 200 sms's and 200 300 mb data all included. As it is an Iphone, it takes a lot of data and my first account was R650 because I didn't really check my usage. That gave me a bit of a fright, naturally so I took a few data bundle add ons to be safe in February and started listening to my balance daily by phoning 14302.

I had many minutes remaining and sms's and my usage (out of bundle) was at R0.00 everytime I phoned. But at the end of the call the next payment was declared as over R1000, which didn't make sense at all as I watched my usage and I thought it must be wrong. Early in March my debit order went off for R1200 which was crazy, so I phoned 140 and explained to the lady that it is impossible that it could be that high and asked her to check what was up. (we spoke over 30 min)

She then told me that according to the system I only have 200 mb per month but I have in my possession a copy of the contract saying 500mb. She could also not explain why it didn't go off the bundles. I was told they would phone but never did, and no refund. The latest one was correct.
