Moving to Cell C: a MASSIVE regret!!!

I decided to change to CellC from Vodacom to reduce costs as CellC promises. My bill has inappropriately skyrocketed at CellC instead. I am so disappointed and frustrated, PLEASE HELP! I signed up for a "Straight 200" contract of R399pm. Firstly I literally almost had to beg CellC to give them my business. Managers at Sandton and Cresta were very unhelpful. I signed up on 8th March but was only ported on 4th April as I was not told to go on pre-paid before porting. As a result, I did not use the CellC contract at all during March however the April invoice, reflects 300MB data usage for March, when the phone was practically in its box the entire month. May reflects 1.1GB and June 1.3GB.While at Vodacom I used on average 600MB a month. I am paying almost 3 times the monthly subscription amount! I am not a gamer, movie or music downloader, my data usage patterns have not changed since i moved to CellC and yet data is being deducted every day every hour all hours! I have been chasing answers but people don't revert back, all while data continues to go off my account and eventually my bank account. Other issues include charges for International SMS's i didnt send and incorrectly calculated invoices!!!
