CellC to customers about the "small print"

I upgraded from Blackberry to a SamsungTab, (data of 2Gb per month for amount of approximately R299). I received the Tab on 23 April 2013 I CALLED CellC, informed them that I have the tab and they must switch off the Blackberry BIS and switch contract to new dataplan. They told me I will still be paying for the BIS at month end but I will be credited again. I started using my tab the same day. Not even two weeks later CellC called me and informed me that they are switching off my line because I have "more than usual" data usage. I owe them R1300 data usage (0.93MB data). I was under impression that my "new" plan allowed me 2GB of data at less than R300 p.m. How wrong I was. CellC never changed my contract to new plan. I went to local CellC shop and asked the manager to contact HeadOffice and have someone from the accounts or legal department give me a call and she said they will call me in 72 hours. It is more than four days later and nobody has called me, AND... CellC blocked the simcard, I can't even switch the tab on. CellC did NOT inform me that my "new"contract will only be "active"from new month and that data usage on previous contract will continue to "pile up".
