Extremly frustrated with Cell C's service

This my second hello peter complaint regarding the bad network! its unacceptable that my phone still cuts out for no apparent reason and now this morning i have a another problem with Cell C! its the 1st of the month when i receive my airtime and this morning i needed to make a call and then they tell me i am on prepaid??? please do explain how this is possible if my debit went off this morning as well? i can not begin to explain the frustration i am feeling, i have already just been waiting at the call centre to speak to call centre agent for 30 minutes with no luck! I want to be phone back immediately with an explanation to why my account is been debited and i cant make one single call cause they say I'm on prepaid! please also explain why my phone keeps cutting out saying "network is busy" every single time i make a call. Would like a call back immediately.
