Data not showing on blance

I recharged my acc with R40 and bought bis service for R 37 rand got a sms saying loaded and 1gig data wen I check my balance its not showing so I cannot check my usage now they saying I used my data up, its not my fault I wnat to see my data than I can controll it cellc must own, if you cnt see the data how will u know that u using so much, because internet was free before and much beta downloads should be like that we send money on bis still, my point is wen a service is loaded it must show on the blance screen and I have proof that mine is not only the one I recharged my account
