I regret subscribing with 8Ta, very bad service

I opened a contract for my sumsung tablet, the company is supposed to do debits @ the end of each month. Three months down the line they haven't debited a cent, instead they block the line. I have always used Vodacom and the service is great, people think twice before going into these fancy 8Ta stores. All promises and no delivery. I regret going into that store because now I'm sitting with a network less tablet because of poor service delivery by the service provider.
