I purchased a Sumsung Galaxy Note 10.1 on contract at Cell Network Centurion ON 18 April 2013 and requested that the contract be that of a top-up nature. 3 weeks after I received the tablet, it was found to be unserviceable, I returned the tablet to Cell Network for possible repair or replacement pending the warranty assessment. This was done 14 may 2013. The tablet was then forwarded late for warrantee assessment and without the required documents. The tablet was only replaced after three weeks and only after constant frustration due to the poor and arrogant attitude of Cell Network personnel. I then found that more than R1, 600.00 was deducted from my account and the tablet sim is blocked on 7 June 2013. On enquiry, it was found that Cell Network did not load the contract I required as being a top-up contract, but an open data contract. Furthermore, MTN informed me that the data usage resulting in the blocked sim and large instalment occurred over the period that the tablet was set in for the warrantee assessment. I am so frustrated as I reported the matter to Cell Network in person but to date I have received no feedback at all as to resolving the matter. Please help
