Poor service delivery

I am really sick and tired for the poor service I'm getting from you guys

I haven't even been making use of your service for 3 months now.

There is constant issues, I can count on one hand of the days I was able to connect to the internet without any issue.

The rest of the time within the 2 months, either there is no internet connection or the adsl line issues!!!

I've almost had 7 technicians out to my premises in these 2 months and 4 out the 7, confirming there is network issues.

Each time you guys just notify me the issue has been resolved, next day, same issue.

It's been going on long enough!!!

I pay for a 2meg line with you and within the 2 months I haven't received line speeds above 200kb???
100 - 200 kb maximum???

Please explain to me how this works???

I can tell you now, I won't be paying you a cent at the end of this month!!!

I want this issue or issues to be sorted out ASAP before I pay anything further!!!
