Pathetic MTN service on replacing faulty phone

The service delivered at MTN V&A Waterfront branch is pathetic. I took in a faulty blackberry z10 phone and after some hassle with them interrogating me as to what was wrong, they eventually agreed to send the phone to their service centre for repairs. I was told they dont know how long it would take, and I should wait for a phone call to advise e on the matter.
On 23 January 2014 I receive a call from MTN Service informing me that the phone cannot be repaired, so they will send through a new z10 to the Waterfront branch, advising I could collect it there within 2 days.
I went to Waterfront branch on 1 February 2014, to collect the phone, and I was then informed that the phone havent arrived, and the service centre is closed so they cant help me. There was no offer to investigate the matter, and no real interest in REALLY helping me resolve this and get my phone. I left that waterfront branch dissatisfied and frustrated - and I will now advise everyone I am in touch with to not do business with MTN. The worst customer service delivery company in South Africa.
