Poor commitment from a Service Provide

I bought an Apple IPad on this on-going special or deals on a contract of 24months on Wednesday 06 /11 /2013. I went to fetch it with excitement till my excitement turned it to be bitterness because of no internet connectivity. I went back to a Telkom Store, they referred me to an Istore, at that Istore they said the problem was with the service provider. I called the service provider and they told me they have been experiencing technical problems eversince last week (05 / 11 /2013), I am not satisfied at all and the worse part is that no apology or a notice that was sent to users. I regret going to the Telkom Store, I regret taking a contract, I regret ever seeing their adverts. Now Yes I do have an IPad it is in the wardrobe at home, in its box like the way I got it, I am at work using my old phone and the work PC. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DID WARN ME ABOUT Telkom AND I DID NOT LISTEN... I am so stupid
