Poor service

My sons phone suddenly stopped charging while on Holiday. We took it into George Vodacom repair centre at Garden Route Mall. After a week we collected the phone from them but that same day the phone still did not charge. They told us they would need to send it to Jhb but since that's were we live and our holiday was over we brought it back ourselves.

We gave it into East gate centre who said it needed to go back to George and they then need to send it back to JHB!

This was 14 th Jan. I made numerous calls to George branch and no one could tell me what was happening.

I have been shunted from George to head office and back to east gate only to discover today 31 Jan that the phone is irreparable due to water damage.

Funny though that that was not mentioned by the George branch. They had the phone running and even billed me to do a back up.

Not very happy! Vodacom claims to care but it seems that that is only marketing on their part.
