I bought a Samsung Cellular phone on Contract last year in mid November at Hi-fi Corporation at the Garden Route Mall in George.

After 3 days having the phone i decided to cancell the Contract due to high Extra costs for the Vodacom handset, This particular phone was then cancelled at a Vodacare shop in Beaufort West, a lady by the name of tasher assisted me with this, she forwarded all the necessary documentation to the vodacom cancellations department, she then immediately contacted the sales representative at Hi-fi Corporation who sold the cellular phone to me, The gentlemen in question then admitted that he did not explain all the terms and condition of the handset to me. We then send the handset via Vodacom courier to hi-fi- Corporation in George, Since then i have not received any feedback from vodacom in this regard, vodacom continued to deduct the monthly contract fee from my account even though i had no handset in my possesion, i then decided on the 14th January to go and stop the debit order.

In conclusion i would like this matter to be taken care of immediately. i would like my money that was deducted in December to be credited back in to my account.
