BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

Hi on the 24/01/2014 we paid a connection fee of R700.00 for a business line and we were promised that it wil be connected on the 30/01/2014 but to our surprise no1 called us to explain why our line is not connected till today . what they are doing its really affecting our business badly and we have spent more than R300.00 buying airtime to call them and no1 is helping us but good in cutting the call while we are asking for assistance. NAOMI GOVENDA said the person who is responsible for our line is ELIAS RAPOO and the number is 012-3116767 and since FIKILE JWARA did not call me back as she promised me this mrng . plz help us because our business is not moving. THANK YOU
