Vodacom has an protect application on the samsung s4, it has totally locked me out of my phone and wants a pin number for the application never gave me an option to chose a pin number. i phoned customer service and they are not helpfull at all, they keep telling me they will come back, and they just never do.
the vodacom shop in tygervalley is more useless, if you ask them for help they charge you for the help. WHY? it is vodacom's fault in the first place.
