Trying to cancel my 2 Telkom Lines

I am immigrating and am trying to cancel my 2 telephone / DSL lines.

The first try took 22 minutes before I gave up and I have now phoned back to see if I can get through.

Tried again... Another 20 minutes, gave up again. Total of 42 minutes of my life wasted that I will never get back... Thank you.

Tried the new services line and they answered within 2 minutes. Spoke to an awesome guy who gave me an email address to send my cancellation to [Email Removed] - for those interested).

Please can you cancel the following lines and services attached on the 28th of Feb 2014:

011 234 4215
011 234 7497

I am only immigrating on the 1st of March so please make sure to only cancel the services for the 28th of Feb 2014 and not sooner
