So tired of the Pavilion Nu Metro, so many problems. I have been trying to book tickets for tonight but the Pavilion cinema is unavailable. They are the only Nu Metro cinema unavailable for bookings, I checked. I called the Nu Metro "Help"line and they couldn't even tell me why Nu Metro Pavilion is down or when they will be back up.
So here's the deal. I have free tickets for Gateway (Ster Kinekor). I was hoping to keep them for another time but it seems I will be using them tonight. Sure I can simply buy tickets when I get there tonight but the only way to get my point across is to take my business away from Nu Metro. My inconvenience=your loss of income.
We've all been patient while the cinema upgrades itself, and the end result looks like it will be worth it (back-achingly, awful new seats aside). But surely the most basic service should still be available?
I will check in and see if the cinema becomes available today. If it doesn't, you know where I will be tonight
