EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AGAIN

Good day, 31-01-14 @ 8:38am I purchase airtime for R150 cell c, but do not get sms stating the number has been recharged, so I call the cell c call center and was assisted by a female by the name of Riyah, I state my problem that I bought airtime but its not appearing, then she tells me that my account was recharged and I also have 400mb data and 6 hours cellc to cellc free mins I say thank you I check my balance again only to find that I have recharged my old number Cell c still and I phone again and speak to a female lady african she did say her name clearly but I proceed and state my mistake that I have made then she tells me that the number that I have recharged has been deactivated it doent work anymore so there is nothing cellc can do I have lost that money and I should forget about it I'm starting to be angry then I thank her and I end the call, the 3rd time I call I speak to a gentelman by the name of Kgomotso and I ask if he could kindly put his team leader on the phone but he asks why then again I state my problem then he says I should buy a cellc starter pack and call in they will be able to help and retreive my airtime, 2 people tell me the purchase was sucessful T.B.C
