I have a R199 a month open contract, i decided to put a R200 limit on the contact sothat i do not get billed a huge amount at the end of the month, guess what, one month later, i get billed R1800, i call vodacom to ask why i got such a high bill even though i had a R200 limit, they tell me that it could be an error that they never picked up on the limit or it could be that i called to increase the limit, which i never did!! so they said they would load a request to help desk to investigate and it will take 24 hours, its now been 3 days and still no feedback, i call them today, and theres no proof that i even loaded a request to investigate, theres no notes on my account and they dont even pick up the reference numeber that was given to me - S3-04F3E-EHAMD - this is unacceptable! your staff have no idea whats going on there!! i want a manager to call me and fix this!! i want my money to be refunded! whats going to happen next month? are you guys not going to pick up that i have a limit again? i even recieved terms and conditions for the limit!! call me!! if your calls are recorded then find my calls and sort this out!!
