Incorrect billing and poor service - still blocked

I've lodged a complaint on Monday 5th of November 2012 to Hello Peter regarding my cellphone account that was blocked and a amount of R2000 that was billed to my account which I accountable for, because my phoned was. They settled the amount of R2000, but my sim still blocked. I haven't used my sim since and had to get a new number. I keep going back to Autopage N1 City where they try and phone the head office without any success to ask for advise. The Autopage N1 City store told me that there is a Content & Wasp services like Mira Networks, Grapevine interactive, Always active technologies and celery systems/bulksms that are being deducted from my account which was activated by the person who the phone. Since then my account gets billed monthly for these services which I have nothing to do with. My number that is still blocked is 082 937 3488

I find this extremely annoying and unprofessional that I have to sit with this problem for 5 months without resolving the problem.

I am really not happy with poor service of Autopage. Unhappy customer.
