I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH CELL C. ONE OF MY SIM CARDS WAS AND ABUSED. I WAS THEN LEFT WITH A BILL OF OVER R2600. I THEN CONTACTED CELL C TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT CLEAN. WHILE DOING THIS I ASKED THEM TO KEEP THE OTHER NUMBER OPEN. THEN THEY WORK OUT THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THEM R733.00 SOMEWHERE AROUND THAT FIGURE. I ASKED THE CONSULTANT TO THEN WORK OUT HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO BE IF I PAY THAT AMOUNT WITH THE MONTHLY FEE OF THE SIM CARD AS WELL AS THE OTHER NUMBER WHICH IS IN USE, I ALSO TOLD THEM NOT TO BLOCK IT BECAUSE I WILL PAY THAT IN FULL. I HAVE SINCE MADE A PAYMENT OF R1200.00 THEN END OF AUGUST AS I ARRANGED YET THEY STILL BLOCKED THE NUMBER I ASKED THEM NOT TO BLOCK. I HAVE NOW CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO THE NUMBER IS BLOCKED UNTIL I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING YET I HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY.
