This one goes back since a year ago.
My Z10's sound stopped working (Tried everything). Vodacom was very helpful in swapping my phone out (thank you), however... the problem also occurred on my new device, almost immediately. I did not go back, since I cannot be without my phone again and thought I'a just live with it. But I can't anymore. This is impacting my business!
It is a world wide known issue by now.

Has Vodacom Support and Quality Assurance by now learned of this hardware fault?
Believe me, I have done my research...
Does this entitle me to a new Z10 again (swap out)?
Should I go to the Consumer Protector for advice?
I feel Vodacom as my carrier and supplier should assist me please.
