Its been 2 weeks since i last had any response from them. i need a modem linked to my account and asked them nicely to phone my friend as he is very busy and it was his modem, still no one phoned him... this was two weeks ago. i sent another mail to follow up on my request but still no response.
can someone please sort out this mess and incompetent service. if you guys dont know how to do your work please leave it to the people who do know.
