Where is Clive, MTN?

My mother, Mrs Dantie Visagie lives in an old age home PANORAMA PARK 122 in Klerksdorp. Cellphone/internet coverage at that location is almost non-existent. So many old people complain, but nothing gets done. They often walk around on the premises, trying to get a proper signal. My mother has to get in under the basin in her bathroom if she wants to make a call or take a call from a loved one, because that is her best reception - though still very poor! She bought an ipad (VERY expensively) to share in her grandchildren's lives via the social media, but cannot use it, because of the poor signal. She has tried to get assistance from MTN Flamwood and at MTN Game but all she got was empty promises. She spoke to Samantha and Kagiso and both assured her on various occasions that a certain Clive is the only person who could install a signal booster and that he will call or sms her. This has been going on for almost 2 years, but we never get hold or any response from the mysterious 'Clive'. All she asks is that MTN installs a signal booster for her in her flat (like was done for Mr Cunningham). Hope you will have more success in 'Finding Clive"! Yours hopefully Tersia Ollewagen
