On the 18/01/14, 20/01/14 and 22/01/14 I bought R50 electricity and got U:55.60kWh but on the 24/01/14 when I bought R100 I got only U:88.70 kWh only to make matters worse on the 29/01/14 I bought two R20 vouchers and each gave only U:13.30kWh and today 30/01/14 I just bought R50 and got only U:33.20. Can someone tell me how this works. How is it that the R50 vouchers =U 55.60 on the other days then the R100 on the 24th, R20's on 29th and R50 today sre way less in kWh. Why is there inconsistency with the voucher values in kWh.
The receipt numbers in oder of the dates mentioned:
18th-RCPT: 4890/5264
20th-RCPT: 4888/5969
22nd-RCPT:4886/6882
24th-RCPT: 4889/7891
29th-RCPT: 4887/10208
-RCPT: 4886/10072
30th-RCPT: 4890/10543
I called a couple of my friends who use this service and they also have a similar problem and say these guys simple dont care and also don't respond.
