1. I submitted a claim on 15 November - No feedback at all of the outcome until today.
2. I see (accidentally) my premium went up with nearly R150!!! As from the 1st December - Why wasn't I notified about this??? And also all my access, payments also went up? What is going on with you? How can you change these things without informing your customers? The premium is now so high; I CAN RATHER GET A PREMIUM SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY who at least communicates with their clients!!!
I am fed-up with your pathetical service. What happened to my claim anyway? Hellopeter.com to be filed NOW!
