EXTREMLY ANGREY CUSTOMER!!!

For the pass two days I have been trying to get hold of MTN customer care (Call centre) I have recently paid the full outstanding balance on my account and wanted to upgrade my contract, I was asked to call the call centre to have my acc unlocked as its with legal. So I call and spend 30min trying to get through when I do an agent advised me every thing was done. Unfortunately that was not the case my lines was opened but my account wasn't so I call again waited again eventually an agent answers but then drops the line 5 min into the call, the next day the same thing. I'm extremely upset as they want to chase you for payment and they get a full cash payment yet they still treat you like. Its absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I have spent on the line to fix something that should have been fixed in the first place and to think this will be going on since the only time they care about there customers is when they get a sale out of them. EXTREMLY ANGREY CUSTOMER!!!
