Wrong Payment Allocation

I have been a Cell C customer for a long time and have recently done a upgrade on 2 of my 4 lines, the next month I received my statement as usual and paid the due amount on 27/02/2013.On 07/03/2013 I found that one of my lines was suspended, when I phoned the call centre I was told it was because of non payment. I gave the agent Faith Chele the payment date and she told me there was an outstanding amount of R541.94 for the upgrade on the line this I could not understand as I paid the total due on the statement, I said that I could not pay more than my statement due amount and Faith Chele then said that she will suspend all my lines if I did not pay the R541.94 which she then did. I phoned the legal department at Cell C and they then send me a additional invoice which I paid. My line has still not been reinstated as Cell C has allocated the payment to the wrong account. I find this very unfair as Cell C sent a statement and then 7 days later say they forgot to link my accounts, I then pay the additional and they allocate it incorrectly and I the customer do not get any use of my phone. What to do? I don't know as now I am paying for a service that I am not getting and CellC? Money For?
