Pathetic Service Delivery

In October I ordered a Line from Telkom and I was told that the line will be installed in March 2013 which never took place what so ever, so I called Telkom in May asking them about this and nothing has been done so I ordered a new line and asked the call centre agent if they do have infrastructure in the area and she said yes" not sure if she just wanted the sale or what but she done the full application and everything was fine, so they call me for a date to fit the line and I take leave on the day, waiting at home nobody calls me to tell that there is no underground cabling so I call Telkom after waiting the whole day for the line for them to tell me this, I mean really what kind of pathetic service is this??? 8 months for infrastructure that is ridiculous, the agent tells me not to worry it will only take 7 days for it to be sorted out so I wait the 7 days and call for them to tell me no it will happen before the end of the year I mean come on!!! This is the worst service I have ever received from the most pathetic place they really don't give a about there customers it is sad!!!
