I done everything you asked how long must I wait?

I paid my account on the 27th of last month I sent proof of payment as well waited till the 30th and my line was not unlocked phoned in the 31st was told to wait till the 1st which I did and my line was still not unlocked on Monday I went to telkom direct in Cape Town spoke to Phumeza in store the agent was so helpful, she handed me the phone to speak to 180 the agent said I need to send proof of payment to her which I did and waited 24hours, Tuesday came phoned in twice spoke to 2 agents still was advised to wait 24 hours evens sent you guys a mail from 8ta website now its Wednesday spoke to 2 agents getting the same story was promised a call back got nothing I sent my proof of payment 5 times already since the 27th everytime I'm asked to do something I do it and now I'm tired of waiting and for service requests ref numbers. Now I would like to know from Telkom mobile the same question I ask the call centre numerous times how long must I wait for my line to be unlocked?
