Bad service false advertising

I've been a loyal customer for years. I use to have a 1 MEG line and decided to upgrade to 2 MEG line beginning of the month. Always download the same amount but now I'm being throttled and hence get line speed of 0.70 MEG. So paying for double what i use to but service has gone from bad to worse. Still download the same amount (actually less now) than when I was on the 1 Meg line. I mostly download late at night till the morning and not during peak times 17:00 -23:00 Contacted the call centre and they advised NOT BEING THROTTLED?? So then I'm not getting what i paid for FALSE ADVERTISING. Since closing account a couple days ago now I'm being throttled to 0.20 Meg?? mweb claim to prioritise gaming which is what I'm mostly use this line for but not even able to play normal servers with ping to high and constantly losing packets, line dropping and losing connection to steam network regularly. EXTREMLY BAD service FALSE ADVERTISING AND call centre agent full of. I will be proactively informing friend's colleges and family members to cancel their accounts with mweb and move to another ISP with better service never to return again. Be advised people STAY AWAY FROM mweb!!!
