I have a contract with Vodacom which started last year January. My mobile phone nokia Lumia gave me problems of switching on and off. I took it in for repairs three times and no one has solved the problem. The only thing they want is me spending money. i was informed to buy a battery which cost R350 and i don't have that kind of money.
I am brand loyal to the company hence i have two different subscriptions: prepaid and contract. All I am asking for is that they should treat me fairly and address the problem.
The problem is paying for something i am not enjoying service.
