Vodacom
Disregard of my Constitutional Right

I received my statement from Vodacom (I am a private client) with a name and address of a business that I don't know with my cell number. I called Vodacom on Monday 27th Jan 2014 they sent me an sms saying they would contact me within 24hrs which did not happen. I called again on the 28th was informed that "the store" had the documents I had submitted when I supposedly changed my account from private to business. I faxed a letter to Vodacom requesting them to send me these "documents" as per my constitutional right to Access to Information, I got another sms saying I will be contacted within 24hrs. I am still waiting! It is clear that they are ignoring my request.
