I am so furious with the service I received from the minute my darling husband signed me up for a contract with Nashua Mobile. I have a crazy bill with them which has not been accounted for. I have been sending email, logging complaints escalating with manager after manager and still no responses.
All I want is the initial sale call recording and the amount that I need to pay for my monthly subscription. These people are really bad at responding and reverting with feedback.
I refuse to pay a bill which cannot be accounted for - R6500.00 to be exact on a BlackBerry Z10.
I work in a call centre myself so i understand the urgency of an escalation. These people don't give a about customer service and TAT's. I have not received any feedback from September last year and my mobile bill continues to rise.
All I need is the facts in order for me the settle the bill if it is substantiated.
I would not recommend Nashua Mobile to anybody. service, consultants, limited knowledge, dishonest, rude and incompetent.
