8ta / Telkom Mobile
No product but still paying every month

I got a wi fi unit from 8ta for my house in moraleta. The store assured me that there is signal at my house. After getting home there was ZERO signal. The shop said I could cancell the contract and took the unit back 5 days after I bought it. That was in October 2013. As of today I am still paying and after test has been done and I have made 10ths of calls. No response and no efford to cancell the payment and pay me back all the money spend.
No call back from manager or any one to assist.
